These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered through the FastFan mobile application and the related web interface. By using the service, you state that you have read and accept these Terms.

1. Description of the service

FastFan is a platform accessed with a user account, where content and features are defined by the operator. The scope of the service and available features may be updated without prior notice.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you notice suspicious activity, contact us promptly. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed.

3. Acceptable use

• Activities that violate applicable law, third-party platform rules, or these Terms are prohibited.
• Misuse of the service, harming the system through automation, or infringing others’ rights is prohibited.
• The operator may restrict or terminate access to content or accounts where reasonably necessary.

4. Fees and credits

Paid or promotional features are announced separately. Rules for virtual balance or credits are shown in the interface and on relevant pages.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” The operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure, third-party outages, or user-side issues; mandatory legal provisions remain reserved.

6. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the app or web where practicable. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
